When we wanted to get a home Chantell made sure to write down everything that were important for us to have in a home, our budget, our dislikes and our preferences. She kept on looking for a home for us, always returning calls and scheduling visits. Found us a home, was there all the way! Then we wanted to sell our home, she was again there for us. Helped us with setting up the home for viewing, scheduling pictures to be taken, helping with the negotiations. Sold our home for us at the price we wanted. Time to get another home, she came right back, this time she went over and beyond to get us our forever home, a place we will finally raise our kids in. She found us a home at our asking price, negotiated and advocated for us especially when the builders tried to pull one over us. She fought for us to get the rates they had originally agreed to and were trying to renegade on. From beginning to end, I had a great experience with Chantell in my home buying experience. My case was a little more complex than most as we starting the process and it lasted almost a year. Nonetheless, Chantell came highly recommended and from the onset of our professional relationship, she informed me that she would work FOR me, always have my best interests at heart, and would remain aggressive until I go what I wanted. She met with me before we starting the process to inform me of how everything would work, what I could expect, that there would be some challenges but we would triumph, and that I would get the house I could turn into my home. I never felt defeated, uncertain, or afraid of anything during the process because she always made sure to inform me of everything happening. I enjoyed the transparency and I was never treated as if I wasn't a factor. I was the center of the conversation at all times. Being I'm not a handful as a buyer, we only saw seven homes and that was enough for me to walk into the last one and realize it was the one for me. She listened attentively to curate a list of homes that fit my tastes. I'm most appreciative because she never over promised and under delivered. She was thorough, maintained integrity, was professional but still warm, and assuring. There was never a time in the process where I wasn't informed about it. I felt like an agent because I was always in the know. I highly recommend her and highly appreciate her because she doesn't take the easy way out. If your file is complex, it's not an issue. She will treat you with honest and fairness. She has strong negotiation skills, great networking contacts to aid a plethora of clients, and will always answer your call or text. Most importantly, she is great at answering your question before you ask it. If this isn't indicative of a great realtor, then what is?
