As the licensed Broker/Owner of NextHome Executives, Chantell Hypolite heads a network of real estate professionals who represent homebuyers and sellers across the Greater Houston metropolitan area and into the suburbs of Richmond, Missouri City, Fresno, Katy, and Spring.

After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi, Chantell relocated to Houston where she pursued her master’s degree in Urban Development and Environmental Policy with a Specialization in Housing & Community Development at Texas Southern University. As a City Planner for several years thereafter, her days were filled with writing ordinances, considering zoning regulations, and mulling over the best way to use land resources.

While performing site acquisition work for cell towers, Chantell developed a serious interest in real estate. Leveraging her knack for logistics, love for locale and infinite passion for people, she was able to launch a successful career as a realtor and consistently ranks among the top 20% of realtors nationwide. Motivated to provide an innovative and enterprising environment for others, she secured a broker license and opened her very own NextHome franchise in 2019. Today, she remains devoted to representing her clientele with the utmost integrity, loyalty, and professionalism as she also leads a team of more than 10 agents who share the common goal to consistently provide world-class service without compromise.

“I pride myself in being attentive, supportive and responsive. Your needs take precedence over any profit,” Chantell says about what clients can expect from her and the team at NextHome Realty Executives. “That means we are going to be available and communicate often. If you have a property under contract, we will send daily updates as needed. You are never going to wonder where you are or what is going on in the process.”

Committed to service in every capacity, Chantell is an active member several organizations including the Women’s Council of Realtors, Houston’s Black Real Estate Association, Greater Houston Building Association, and the esteemed Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She also dedicates time giving back to our community’s most vulnerable members and regularly volunteers with The Bag Ladies Organization, which collects feminine hygiene supplies to pack and distribute sanitary kits among local homeless women.

A native of Lumberton, MS, Chantell now feels right at home in a big city that still offers a sense of small-town hospitality. She is a proud mother to her son, Carter and they share a home with their two beloved fur babies Jase, a Yorkie and a mixed – Labrador rescue named Cooper. Chantell attends Wheeler Avenue Baptist Church where she is a member of the Courtesy Corp leadership team. To maintain healthy work-life balance, she indulges in bike riding, DIY projects and visiting Houston’s many enjoyable attractions with family.
